How customers pay

Each facility picks one: card at booking, paid into the facility's own Stripe account (Apple Pay and Google Pay), Interac e-Transfer, or at the facility.

What it does today

• Spaces without double-booking

  Add each space once, including halves and combined rentals. A booking on one blocks every space it overlaps. Set opening hours, closures, and peak or seasonal rates.

• Front desk calendar

  A day and week calendar. Staff add phone and walk-in bookings, reschedule, cancel with a refund preview and mark attendance.

• Your booking page

  Customers pick a day, time and length, then confirm with a code sent to their email. No password needed. They can also book in the LocalRec app.

• Weekly requests

  Players can ask for the same time every week in the LocalRec app. You see every date, book the free ones in one go or decline with a message, and the customer pays at the facility.

• Getting paid

  Card at booking, Interac e-Transfer with an optional deposit, or at the facility. Staff record cash and desk payments, and see bills, refunds owed and day takings.

• Waivers

  Upload PDF waivers or rental agreements. Require one at first booking; customers sign online or at the desk.

• Staff and customers

  Invite staff as Staff, Manager or Owner. Every customer has a record with notes, bookings and signed forms.

• Memberships on Grow

  Monthly memberships with sign-up fees, access hours and pausing, and a check-in desk. Import members from a CSV file or a Mindbody export.
