Please include your booking ID (if you have one), the game name, and the phone number or email you used to sign up (whichever is linked to your account).
Bookings & refunds
If a session is cancelled by the organizer, refunds are handled automatically. For anything else, contact support.
Report an issue
If something doesn’t look right in the app (roster, venue, checkout), email us a screenshot and a short description.
